All lawyers not  are not the same.

In this country, there are shortages of cheap gas, clean water, and good cigars. What there is no shortage of is lawyers -- while many may wish lawyers were endangered, the species seems to be alive and reproducing at an alarming rate. But while most of us hope that we can get through life with as little contact as possible with attorneys, there are times when one is needed -- and times when hiring one is essential, such as when a person is charged with a criminal offense. So, with the number of attorney's available these days, what do I have to offer you, as a potential client, to consider my services? The answer is: my knowledge of the law and an understanding of the workings of the criminal justice system. I am a former Assistant District Attorney for Tarrant County (Fort Worth), Texas, and since I began my private practice in 1991 I have handled all kinds of criminal cases involving drugs and major felonies, including kidnapping, DWI manslaughter, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated sexual assault, child pornography,  murder, and capitol murder (death penalty).
